Alex Marquez undergoes successful surgery, will miss Mugello and Balaton
After his hefty fall on Sunday, the 2025 World Championship runner-up is on the mend after a successful operation on his broken right collarbone

He was taken to hospital followed by surgical repair for a injured clavicle on the right side, and a small C7 fracture. A plate was used in the clavicle repair. Gresini Racing stated he was conscious after the crash. The race was won by Fabio Di Giannantonio. He is expected to miss Mugello and Balaton races.
