Arena REIT disclosed the entry into voluntary administration after notifications about the condition of the childcare group arrived.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was appointed as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have begun oversee the operations and financial health of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 was given formal notice about the process. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing doubt while KordaMentha oversees the process.
