The Scottish Government has committed a £14m funding injection for the refurbishment of Glasgow's People's Palace and Winter Gardens. Total expenses for the museum scheme now exceed £50m. The landmark site set to re-open the Glasgow museum and gardens has been shut for a long time.
BBC and The Herald stated the venue is projected to stay closed until 2029.
