Josh Worrell, Adelaide Crows forward, who is a key player, was in a minor crash that occurred Friday before training period for the upcoming Gold Coast match.
The accident hurt a involved pedestrian, who authorities then took to the hospital.
Worrell was not taken into custody at the scene of the incident.
Teammates told reporters on the sidelines Worrell seemed distressed after the crash.
