Prime Minister Mark Carney officially opened the Canada Investment Summit in Toronto on Tuesday.
He used the event to roll out a brand new Productivity Mega Deduction. The deduction is a tax measure designed to make Canada the most competitive G7 country for business investment. Officials called it a game changer.
Carney also let on that visa rules will be discussed with the European Union. Police brought charges after a demonstration at the summit.
