The National Rugby League recently changed its rules to provide Jai Arrow special dispensation. The decision follows his forced retirement from rugby league due to motor neurone disease. This special dispensation lets Arrow to reach 100 games for the South Sydney Rabbitohs. Overcome Rabbitohs players were informed of the act. He can now achieve a historic landmark.
