CBS has announced Jennifer Beals will join LL Cool J and Scott Caan as a series regular in the new spin-off NCIS: New York. IMDb reported more actors have been cast in regular roles, completing the cast. The series is set to be CBS’s first offering for the fall season. Production details come after last year’s confirmation of the spinoff’s greenlight.
