In a separate update, the governing body also released new rankings for women's teams. South Africa's women's squad qualified for the forthcoming Cricket World Cup. This qualification came after they won against Namibia in a qualifier tournament. The win confirmed their place in the tournament. The two ranking updates were processed separately by the ICC.
